We do not permit order cancellations once products are shipped, as all items undergo thorough quality inspection before dispatch. However, refunds are offered for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence, return the item for verification, and upon confirming the issue:
International customers will receive a full reimbursement, excluding return shipping costs.
Customers in Nepal will have refunds/exchanges processed within 7–14 days (depending on location), with return shipping covered for verified issues.
